We only give or accept gifts or entertainment that are appropriate, such as those that are infrequent and not more than $200 USD in value. We never give or accept gifts or entertainment in return for a personal obligation.  

We never give gifts or entertainment to or accept them from government officials without the prior approval of our manager or the Legal Department.
